  • HeartWork can include dialogue about what is important to you and your prior experience of being seen and heard; it might invite noticing, sensing, feeling, observing, reflecting, making art, experimenting, sand play, symbol work; getting to know the stories our bodies hold, how we adapt, regulate and find freedom; tuning into the breath, we may also notice the sounds around us and within us and the deeper yearning or heart’s calling; we might explore this with voice, projection, empty chair work or playful interaction.

It is common for people to laugh, to cry, to be moved, to gain new insight and you are encouraged to bring a journal to record anything that you might like to remember.

All aspects of HeartWork are contracted and negotiated within sessions and self-responsibility and feedback is encouraged.
